Solar activity as seen with STEREO's SECCHI imagers
Solar activity as seen with STEREO's SECCHI imagers from the Sun out to
Earth. These images wrap around the sky so that you see Earth from both
sides. Numerous Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) are seen erupting from the
Sun and heading out to Earth orbit.
Images at center and left are from the STEREO-A observatory, while the
two images on the right are from STEREO-B. Data taken Feb. 1-19, 2010.
